To order, just add items on your wishlist so our Sales Team will know what pieces you’re eyeing.  You may schedule a virtual call or chat with us to finalize your order.

You may still change your order up to two (3) days before the scheduled delivery. Prepare your Customer Order Form and Sales Invoice, and get in touch with your EDA Sales Representative to make changes.

Delivery & Assembly

Free assembly for all delivered purchases.

While all items come with a manual and a tool kit, we understand the difficulty of moving in and assembling your own furniture. Many products like shelves, sideboards, and cabinets have multiple parts packed in different boxes, and may not be as easy to assemble for everyone.

With the help of our trained delivery team, all EDIA items will be assembled on-site to prevent misaligned pieces or broken panels. You can just sit back and relax, and enjoy using your new pieces!

Upon check out, our Sales Team will schedule the delivery date with you. You may choose to receive your items at a later date, too, but we only allow item storage for up to thirty (30) days.

For deliveries within Metro Manila, a standard shipping fee of Php 450 applies. Orders will be delivered within three to five (3-5) business days.

We are happy to provide free storage for your purchased items up to thirty (30) days upon issuance of your sales invoice. We keep it in mind that some homes may still be underway.

Requests for storage beyond a thirty-day period are allowed, subject to a 3% storage fee.

Additional free storage for thirty (30) days (total of sixty days) is extended to homes that have been affected by COVID-19. See our complete COVID-19 Protocols below.

Item pickups are available at your preferred EDIA branch or at our warehouse. Request & coordinate this from your EDIA Sales Representative after check out.

Pickups at the warehouse can be done from Mondays to Saturdays, between 9am and 5pm.

You may request to have your items assembled before the pick up date. Make sure you've coordinated this with your EDIA Sales Representative at least two (2) days before the scheduled pick up date.

We deliver anywhere within the Greater Manila Area! Delivery fees are computed based on your location. See our full list of shipping rates.

For deliveries outside Metro Manila, we can help arrange freight forwarding and warehouse pickups. All items for pickup are fully documented and inspected. Talk to any EDIA Sales Representative to explore your options.

Returns & Exchange

For delivered items within Metro Manila, product checkups are free within your first year of purchase. If you’re having difficulties with your item or need to report a product malfunction, you may schedule an inspection or repair with us. Contact any of our EDIA Sales Representative.

You may still return delivered items, provided that packaging remains unopened. Just prepare your original invoice, and contact us within seven (7) days after delivery. We will issue you a credit memo (valid up to one (1) year from your date of purchase) upon item return.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for display items, assembled items, items with opened or damaged packaging, and items that have been purchased on sale. We also cannot accept returns for items that were picked up at the warehouse or in-store.

COVID-19 Restrictions

Our online shop is always open. You can still order your favorite furniture pieces from us. However, depending on your delivery address, your city or location may have additional COVID-19 restrictions. In light of this, after checking out, an EDIA Sales Representative will get in touch with you to discuss any location restrictions. We are currently offering free warehouse storage extensions for up to sixty (60) days to clients who may be affected by COVID-19.

Our delivery teams regularly undergo COVID-19 testing. We also make sure that your purchased items are always disinfected after assembly. For added measure, you may request our delivery team to assemble your purchased items outside your home, and leave the items at a designated location.
